This role follows a hybrid model. We ask that you're in our Palo Alto office 3 days per week.

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and hands-on Director, Global Corporate Marketing to build and scale our global brand, corporate communications, and thought leadership as we accelerate growth in international trade and financial services.
This individual will lead the development and execution of a world-class corporate marketing strategy that strengthens our market position, expands brand awareness, and supports global business growth.This role requires a marketing leader who understands complex partner ecosystems and can translate technical innovation into compelling stories that build trust, credibility, and market leadership.
This is an AI-first leadership role. We are looking for someone who has successfully leveraged generative AI and modern marketing technologies to transform how marketing operates, accelerating content creation, improving campaign performance, streamlining workflows, increasing productivity, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from brand strategy and executive visibility to content engines, communications, events, and global marketing programs.
What we're looking for
10+ years in corporate marketing, communications, or brand leadership, ideally in international trade, fintech, tech, or B2B SaaS
Proven experience building global brand and PR strategy from the ground up, including managing agencies across multiple countries
Track record of using generative AI to speed up content production and improve marketing performance, with concrete examples
Strong writer and storyteller who can translate technical, cross-border payments concepts into clear, credible narratives
Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment

Key Responsibilities
Global Brand Strategy
Develop and execute the company's global corporate marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Expand and strengthen the company's brand awareness, reputation, and market leadership globally.
Own corporate messaging, positioning, value proposition, brand architecture, and visual identity.
Build a differentiated market presence that establishes the company as a trusted leader in international trade technology.
Ensure brand consistency across every customer, partner, analyst, investor, media, and employee touchpoint.
Corporate Communications & Public Relations
Develop and execute a global communications strategy.
Manage external PR agencies across multiple countries, including the United States, Brazil, Mexico, and other strategic markets.
Build relationships with business, fintech, global supply chain networks, and technology media, analysts, influencers, and industry organizations.
Lead corporate announcements including product launches, partnerships, funding announcements, executive appointments, customer wins, and company milestones.
Develop executive communications and thought leadership programs.
Secure speaking opportunities, media interviews, podcasts, awards, and industry recognition for company executives.
Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports brand awareness, demand generation, partner engagement, and customer education.
Build a scalable content engine across multiple channels and formats.
Lead development of: blogs, white papers, research reports, case studies, customer success stories, videos, sales enablement content, webinars, presentations, newsletters
Build editorial calendars and oversee end-to-end content production.
Partner with executives and subject matter experts to develop compelling industry insights.
Measure content performance and continuously optimize using analytics and AI-driven insights.
AI-Powered Marketing Leadership
Lead an AI-first marketing organization by leveraging generative AI and automation to transform how marketing operates.
Demonstrate proven success using AI to accelerate content development, improve campaign performance, streamline workflows, optimize SEO, personalize communications, analyze performance, and increase team productivity.
Provide measurable examples of how AI has improved marketing outcomes.
Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies that create competitive advantage.
Develop scalable AI-enabled marketing processes while maintaining brand quality, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Train and mentor the marketing team on AI best practices.
Social Media & Digital Presence
Own the company's global social media strategy.
Increase executive visibility through strategic thought leadership, particularly on LinkedIn.
Manage content planning, publishing, engagement, and community management.
Grow brand awareness, engagement, and share of voice across digital channels.
Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to amplify customer stories, product launches, and partner successes.
Events & Market Engagement
Develop and execute the company's event strategy.
Lead marketing support for: industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, executive roundtables, partner events, webinars, virtual events
Coordinate messaging, speakers, promotional campaigns, and post-event engagement.
Partner with Sales and Business Development to maximize awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
Events & Market Engagement
Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership.
Manage external agencies, creative partners, freelancers, and marketing vendors.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure: brand awareness, share of voice, media coverage, website traffic, social engagement, content performance, event ROI, executive visibility
Build scalable marketing processes that support rapid international growth.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $160,000–$190,000 for candidates based in Miami, and $180,000–$210,000 for candidates based in the Bay Area. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
