What You’ll Do

You will report to the International FP&A Director and work closely with the US FP&A team to support BridgeBio’s mission of delivering transformative medicines to patients with genetic diseases and genetically driven cancers. This is a 6 to 12 months, full-time internship designed to grow your professional experience within an international healthcare company, with a start date of 1 September 2026. Your primary purpose will be to contribute to finance process improvement and innovation initiatives; including helping automate recurring reporting with AI tools, refining our headcount allocation methodology, and building out P&L views by region, cluster, and country,  alongside core financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support across our international operations. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional colleagues to ensure accuracy, transparency, and high-quality execution. We are seeking a highly motivated and curious FP&A Intern who is passionate about streamlining reporting and enhancing financial processes, and eager to build a strong foundation in FP&A within a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to finance process improvement and innovation initiatives, such as automating recurring reporting with AI tools, refining our headcount allocation methodology, and building out P&L views by region, cluster, and country
  • Assisting with the annual budget and latest outlook processes, and contributing to the development of management reporting presentations, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations
  • Helping coordinate the quarterly forecast cycle, ensuring accuracy, clear variance insights, and alignment with internal commitments and external expectations
  • Supporting P&L reporting and analysis of monthly performance
  • Ensuring cost transparency and control through variance analysis against budget, run rate tracking and PO committed, monitoring against financial targets
  • Collaborating on the preparation of headcount reporting and KPI tracking, ensuring data accuracy and providing workforce insights to support organizational and financial planning

Where You’ll Work   

This is an office-based role and requires in-office collaboration 1-2 days per week in our Zug, Switzerland Office. 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and workflows, including the ability to effectively leverage platforms such as Claude, and related AI-assisted productivity, research, and automation tools in day-to-day work
  • Foundational knowledge of accounting and finance principles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and document work clearly
  • Demonstrated integrity, intellectual curiosity, and openness to learning
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative under guidance
  • Fluent in English
