This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Contract Compliance but also work directly with and take direction from the Chief Operating Officer. As the Associate Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team providing expertise in people and organizations to anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, prescribe actions, and lead programs that directly impact the organization's success. In addition, in this role, you will operate as the head of People for our office locations within the US and globally, ensuring influential people strategies companywide.

As a Facilities & Fulfillment Assistant, you will:
- Serve as a point of contact for routine San Angelo office needs and workplace support requests.
- Monitor, order, restock, and organize breakroom, kitchen, office, and shared-area supplies.
- Purchase or pick up approved groceries, refreshments, office supplies, and other items needed for office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring items are processed accurately, confidentially, and in a timely manner.
- Complete routine mail, shipping, supply, and other local office errands as needed.
- Help maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse, storage, mailroom, breakroom, and shared office areas.
- Assist with organizing supplies, labeling materials, completing basic inventory counts, monitoring stock levels, and supporting fulfillment documentation or preparation as directed.
- Help set up, support, and clean up office events, employee gatherings, meetings, and HR-sponsored initiatives, including room arrangements, decorations, and food and beverage needs.
- Coordinate routine service appointments, deliveries, and approved vendor visits, and communicate with vendors or outside organizations regarding office and facilities needs.
- Support the Facilities & Fulfillment team with office moves, workspace preparation, furniture setup, employee equipment distribution, and other routine operational tasks.
- Coordinate with administrative and workplace support staff in other TCP offices, escalate repairs or safety concerns to the appropriate team member, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- A High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in office support, facilities support, hospitality, retail, warehouse operations, or a similar service-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple routine tasks and changing priorities throughout the day.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle mail, documents, and workplace information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain simple records, checklists, orders, or inventory information.
- A dependable, service-oriented approach to supporting employees and workplace needs.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to complete local errands using an approved vehicle.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically capable of performing routine facilities, warehouse, event setup, and office support tasks.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and move supplies, packages, furniture, and event materials.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
- Ability to occasionally work outside regular business hours to support office events or workplace need
