En VML Perú nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) Diseñador(a) Animador(a) Junior para integrarse a nuestro equipo.
Descripción
Buscamos a una persona creativa, con interés por el diseño y la animación, que quiera desarrollar su talento en un entorno colaborativo. Será responsable de apoyar en la creación y adaptación de piezas gráficas y audiovisuales para campañas, contribuyendo al desarrollo de materiales para medios tradicionales y digitales bajo la guía del equipo creativo.
Funciones

Apoyar en el desarrollo y adaptación de piezas gráficas y audiovisuales para campañas y acciones tácticas.

Elaborar adaptaciones de piezas para medios digitales, redes sociales, prensa y otros formatos.

Colaborar en la creación de animaciones y contenidos audiovisuales según los lineamientos creativos.

Realizar retoques, ajustes y actualizaciones de piezas gráficas.

Apoyar en el desarrollo de materiales POP, encartes y otros elementos de comunicación.

Colaborar en la preparación de presentaciones y materiales para campañas.

Mantener la coherencia de la línea gráfica en los proyectos asignados.

Participar activamente en reuniones de equipo, aportando ideas y propuestas creativas.

Trabajar en conjunto con diseñadores, directores de arte y otros miembros del equipo para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las piezas.
Requisitos

Egresado(a) o Bachiller de Diseño Gráfico, Diseño, Publicidad, Comunicaciones o carreras afines.

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en agencias de publicidad, estudios creativos o áreas de diseño.

Manejo de Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects y Premiere a nivel intermedio.

Interés y conocimientos básicos en animación y edición de piezas audiovisuales.

Contar con un portafolio que demuestre habilidades en diseño y/o animación.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida.
