Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Peachy is a rapidly growing wellness company specializing in wrinkle prevention through FDA-approved treatments. With locations across 6 states, we focus exclusively on providing top-tier Botox treatments administered by board-certified nurse practitioners. Peachy is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution across the organization. This person will serve as the digital marketing lead for Peachy, driving performance across paid social and paid search while also owning our SEO and AI-search visibility (GEO/AEO) efforts. You'll be the internal owner of our relationship with our media agency(ies), ensuring campaigns are well-targeted, creatively sharp, and optimized for both effectiveness and efficiency across all Peachy studios.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who is equally comfortable in the weeds of a campaign dashboard and in a room shaping brand and studio-level marketing strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Own paid media performance across paid social and paid search channels for the entire Peachy portfolio including setting paid creative strategy and testing plans.  
• Partner closely with our media agency to ensure ad targeting, audience segmentation, and creative messaging are aligned with business goals, pushing for continuous optimization on both effectiveness (results) and efficiency (cost/spend).
• Support paid media needs across all Peachy studios, balancing brand-level priorities with local studio and regional performance.
• Lead SEO strategy and execution, ensuring Peachy's organic search presence grows in visibility, relevance, and traffic quality.
• Own GEO/AEO (Generative Engine Optimization / Answer Engine Optimization), positioning Peachy content and brand favorably in AI-driven search and answer experiences (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews).
• Act as the digital marketing lead for the organization — bringing a point of view on channel mix, budget allocation, and measurement, and serving as the go-to person for digital marketing questions across teams.
• Own the digital customer journey beyond paid channels, partnering with the right teams on site experience and booking flows to ensure customers have a seamless, high-converting digital experience before they ever reach a Peachy studio and in between visits.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Manage digital marketing budgets in partnership with agency and leadership to maximize ROI.
• Stay current on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices across paid, SEO, and AI search.

What You Bring

• 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search.
• Proven track record managing media agency relationships and holding partners accountable to performance goals.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals; experience with or strong interest in GEO/AEO is a plus.
• Comfortable working across multiple business locations (multi-studio/multi-location experience a plus).
• Analytical mindset — fluent in reading performance data and translating it into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to operate as both a hands-on practitioner and a strategic lead.
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

The target base pay for the Local Marketing Manager role in New York, NY is $105,000 - $115,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Peachy reserves the right to modify compensation ranges as business needs evolve.
