We're looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy, well-established practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with patients, and take pride in keeping the front office running smoothly, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and compassion
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Build and maintain an efficient schedule
- Manage accounts receivable
- Process insurance claims and assist with patient insurance inquiries
- Coordinate front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Deliver outstanding customer service while multitasking in a busy practice
Qualifications
- Previous dental administration experience is required
- ClearDent knowledge is a strong asset
- Knowledge of dental insurance, accounts receivable, and dental terminology
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident working with the public
- A sense of urgency and efficiency in schedule building and schedule maintenance
- Must be willing to work business hours, including a couple of evenings and select Saturdays
Schedule - Full time
- Monday & Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Select Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
