Cleanroom Custodian

Fort Collins, CO | $20.36/hr | Full-Time | Sunday-Wednesday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

ABM is hiring a Cleanroom Custodian to support operations at a high-tech manufacturing facility in Fort Collins, CO. This is a full-time, day shift position offering stable year-round employment, benefits, paid training, and overtime opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Remove trash and recycling from cleanroom areas
• Clean and sanitize gowning rooms and common areas
• Wipe down tables, chairs, cabinets, racks, benches, and safety showers
• Vacuum and mop floors using HEPA-filtered equipment
• Transfer materials and production items throughout the facility
• Stock cleaned items in designated cleanroom locations
• Respond to customer cleaning requests in a timely manner
• Work with a team to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the manufacturing environment

Work Environment

All work is performed inside a cleanroom environment. Employees are required to wear full cleanroom gowning, including head-to-toe protective attire and a mask.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or custodial experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn cleanroom-specific procedures
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check

ABM provides hands-on training, including required safety, security, and cleanroom procedures.

Schedule

• Sunday-Wednesday
• 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
• 10-hour shifts
• Overtime available with approval
• Year-round work
