As Chief of Staff, you'll work side by side with our Group CEO. Your role will be about diving into complex, cross-company challenges, helping build the processes that keep things running smoothly, and leading projects that connect our different businesses. It is an individual contributor role, both highly operational and strategic. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys navigating many stakeholders, turning complexity into clarity, and helping multiple businesses move in the same direction.
In this role, you’ll:
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team by ensuring accountability, clarity, collaboration and execution quality across key topics and improving cross-functional processes
Lead cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition through implementation, translating priorities into clear plans, decisions, ownership, and follow-through.
Own the Group's management reporting process, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent reporting from group companies.
Lead the OKR process: planning, alignment, tracking, and review.
Coordinate budget planning & tracking across functions
Coordinate efficient back office operations: HR, legal, finance, procurement, risk management.
Manage stakeholder relations and ensure clear, effective strategic communication across the organisation.
Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-up for leadership meetings, business reviews, offsites, and other key workshops/meetings to ensure efficiency.
Your skills & experience:
3+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or a similar cross-functional role.
Experience in leading commercial or product teams/operations would be considered an advantage.
Extensive experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end.
Structured problem-solving, project management, prioritisation, and change management skills.
Ability to turn ambiguous topics into clear plans and actionable next steps.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian.
High ownership and initiative.
Comfort in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
