Sobre este puesto de Campaign Operations Manager en Yobi
Yobi is a rapidly growing Behavioral AI company on a mission to ethically democratize the benefits of data and AI.
Since 2019, we have built one of the largest consented behavioral datasets in the United States, extending far beyond the walled gardens of Big Tech. Unlike traditional LLM companies, Yobi builds foundation models of human behavior grounded in real-world actions such as purchases and store visits.
Our private-by-design modeling enables state-of-the-art personalization and decisioning for leading brands and agencies while protecting privacy, safety, and ethics.
Today, we are focused on bringing the performance of closed-web user acquisition to the open web and connected TV, giving brands walled-garden results without the walls.
At our core, Yobi is building the behavioral intelligence layer for any system that makes a personalization decision.

The Role
Yobi is hiring a Campaign Operations Manager to own the technical execution behind every Yobi campaign. This role is the technical engine of the client-facing organization: it owns campaign configuration, data integrity, and measurement validation, and it drives the diagnosis and guidance that move campaign performance. Ad Operations scope sits within this role.
Client Partners own the client relationship, and all client contact is routed through them. This role works behind that relationship — configuring, diagnosing, and equipping the Client Partner with validated evidence — and joins client conversations only alongside a Client Partner, as the technical subject-matter expert.
We are looking for someone product and operations obsessed. The person who does this well cannot leave a broken process alone, wants to know why a number is wrong rather than just correct it, and reaches for the genuinely best solution instead of the expected one.
Configuration & Launch
Configure advertisers, campaigns, audiences, segments, and pricing in Yobi Web, and maintain corresponding records in Notion
Create pixels, coordinate log delivery, and own the technical side of client implementation
QA configurations, conversion tracking, and attribution ahead of launch, then confirm delivery and audience health in the opening days of flight
Support our platform partnerships by troubleshooting directly with DSP and vendor technical teams when an issue calls for it — The Trade Desk, Nexxen, Yahoo, Viant
Performance & Optimization
Diagnose pacing, delivery, and audience match issues; fix what sits on Yobi’s side and recommend the change where it sits in the DSP
Build, scale, and refine audiences to hit delivery and performance targets without degrading quality
Advise on which DSP-side optimization levers to pull, and validate the effect once they are applied
Monitor campaigns against KPIs and move on deviation before it becomes client-visible
Brief Client Partners on performance movement, root cause, and what changed, and supply the validated evidence behind cases for incremental investment
Data Integrity & Measurement
Own tracking integrity end to end and resolve reporting discrepancies across Yobi, DSP, and client platforms
Validate that reported numbers are accurate and reconcile across sources before they reach a Client Partner or a client
Partner with Engineering to fix pipeline, data feed, and match rate issues upstream rather than working around them
Produce hypothesis-led audience insight and performance analysis built on validated, documented query logic
Documentation & Process
Maintain internal runbooks and client-facing technical documentation in the Yobi Resource Center
Document campaign delivery, data cost, and pricing methodology so finance can invoice accurately without chasing inputs
Standardize recurring operational workflows and remove the manual steps that keep resurfacing
Technical Account Management (at Client Partner request)
Lead technical onboarding on complex accounts: pixel implementation, log delivery, and measurement design
Present diagnostic findings and remediation plans when an issue needs a technical explanation, with the Client Partner owning the commercial recommendation
What We’re Looking For
Three or more years in ad operations, campaign management, or adtech technical operations
Hands-on experience with a major DSP — The Trade Desk, Nexxen, or Yahoo DSP
Product and operations obsessed: you care how the system works and why, not just whether today’s task got done
High agency. You find the next problem without being pointed at it, and you carry it to a resolution rather than a handoff
Second-order thinking. You connect findings that are not obviously related, and you recognize when a symptom in one system is a cause in another
A creative problem solver who pursues the genuinely best solution rather than the expected one, and can say why the obvious answer is the wrong one
Fluency with pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution methodology — including how each of them breaks
Comfortable in browser developer tools: inspecting network requests, cookies, and tag firing to confirm a pixel is doing what it should
Working knowledge of identity resolution, audience activation, and tag management via GTM, Adobe Tags, Tealium, or CM360
Working SQL and comfort querying large datasets in Databricks or an equivalent environment, or clear appetite to get there quickly
Comfort working in Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and QA
Ability to explain technical findings clearly and accurately to non-technical stakeholders
High standard for factual precision, particularly where findings reach clients or partners
Comfort operating behind a Client Partner rather than owning the client relationship
Hungry to make an impact in an early-stage environment and interested in building a function from 0 to 1
The expected base salary for this position is $100,000 – $130,000 USD per year, in addition to equity. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, and location.
