Duties & Role:  

• Provide data management services to all ongoing AirC2 projects by administrating and updating status reports of the contractual documentation
• Follow data management processes and procedures. Manage Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents and other project deliverables by using relevant tools and platforms, determine review cycle, co-ordinate review by relevant stakeholders and release of official documents for review
• For assigned AirC2 projects, handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence between AirC2 staff, NATO entities, Nations and contractors
• Analyse assigned project correspondence and contractual deliveries in accordance with CDRL and Data Management Guidelines
• Administer and manage AirC2 collaborative online platforms and websites for projects, including access management and content management to ensure the required consistency and quality of information
• Provide support & guidance to AirC2 staff members on online platform and website content and structure
• Support administration of legacy project documentation (physical storage and safes including classified documents)
• Support information management on NATO SECRET mailboxes

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2-year post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 4-years post-related experience
• Experience of at least 2 years in comparable duties
• Experience with the administration and management of project data and project correspondence
• Competency in the creation and management of MS-SharePoint sites for information storage, site collaboration and dissemination
• Basic knowledge of Project and Data Management Tools

Desirable Experience and Education:

• Prince2 Foundation or similar
• SharePoint 2019 power user, content admin or similar certification
