About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Business Applications Developer to design, build, and optimize business applications, automation systems, dashboards, and cloud integrations using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and provide actionable business intelligence. You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop secure, reliable, and high-impact applications across the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You’ll Own
Power BI & Business Intelligence
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build scalable data models using DAX and Power BI best practices.
- Deliver reporting solutions across:
- Operations
- HR
- Finance
- Internal business systems
- Optimize dashboard performance, refresh reliability, and user experience.
- Translate business data into actionable insights.
Power Platform & Workflow Automation
- Develop advanced Power Automate workflows and process automations.
- Build Power Apps using both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Create AI-powered workflows and Copilot Studio agents.
- Develop Dataverse-based business applications.
- Automate end-to-end workflows across multiple business functions.
Azure Development & Integrations
- Build Azure-based integrations using:
- Azure Functions
- REST APIs
- Webhooks
- Custom Connectors
- Integrate Microsoft platforms with third-party applications and services.
- Develop scalable, secure, cloud-based automation solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing Azure integrations.
Microsoft Teams Solutions
- Build and maintain Microsoft Teams applications and workflow integrations.

- 2–4 years of development experience using Microsoft technologies.
