About the Role
This is a contract consulting position.
The Associate Program Manager plays an integral role within our Program Management team, reporting directly to the Lead Program Manager. This role supports the day-to-day execution of assigned programs, from successful launch through ongoing life cycle support, while working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partner schools to deliver high-quality education services aligned with our mission.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and monitor program launches and life cycle support following established standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and operations, to ensure effective delivery of Hudson Global Scholars-branded products and services to partner schools
- Contribute to best practices and consistent program management processes, both domestically and internationally
- Use our CRM system to track and enhance customer interactions and program management
- Support technology implementation at school sites by building strong working relationships with site coordinators
- Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and help implement corrective actions
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting to measure program effectiveness and identify trends
- Collaborate on academic and programmatic plans that ensure quality and timeliness
- Support optimal Program Manager-to-account ratios for efficient, high-quality service
- Partner with other Program Managers to manage seasonal demands during launches and enrollment periods
- Contribute to partner annual plans and long-term goals
- Embrace a client-facing, customer-centric culture within the Program Management team
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Entry-level experience or internship in project or program management; education industry exposure highly preferred
- Familiarity with online programs, program launches, and technology implementation at school sites
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and their application in program management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Greek, English, and one additional language (Spanish or French)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with basic project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- A detail-oriented, adaptable mindset with a commitment to quality
