Application Support Analyst

What We're Looking For

• A talented IT-focused individual who wants to join an experienced team
• Strong communicator who can explain complex systems clearly
• Ability to understand systems, applications, and processes end-to-end
• Knowledge of databases, networks, and security aligned with ISO27001 standards
• Proactive ownership of issues across software, hardware, and networks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-line application support, investigating and resolving technical issues
• Troubleshoot and identify defects across applications, data, and processes
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and applications
• Support product and technical teams in testing and release activities
• Maintain and contribute to the technical knowledge base and business continuity documentation
• Manage and monitor servers to ensure system availability and performance
• Monitor system performance and resolve data or configuration issues as needed
• Evaluate user feedback and recommend system enhancements

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of ISO27001 standards
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Deep understanding of how applications and subsystems interact
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes from ambiguous problems

Desirable Skills

• Experience with cloud-based environments and migrations
