Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Define scalable architecture for customer data collection, storage, processing, and activation.
- Develop technical solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
- Design and implement unified customer profiles using Real-Time CDP.
- Configure identity resolution, profile stitching, and audience segmentation.
- Ensure accurate customer data consolidation from multiple online and offline sources.
- Architect batch and streaming data ingestion into AEP.
- Design integrations with CRM, ERP, CMS, marketing automation platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
- Develop and review API-based integrations and event-driven data pipelines.
- Design and maintain XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas.
- Establish data governance, data quality, metadata management, and consent management processes.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Campaign.
- Enable omnichannel customer experiences and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches.
- Mentor developers and support best practices for Adobe implementations.
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Monitor data ingestion, profile processing, and audience activation.
- Troubleshoot architecture and integration issues.
- Implement secure data access, encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, marketing teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Present architecture recommendations and implementation strategies to leadership.

Typical Experience
