Job Title: Adult's Social Worker - Working Age 
Location: St Helens (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £35 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for it client's Adult Services - Working Age Team based in St Helens.

What will your responsibilities be?

• As part of the social work team you will be responsible for undertaking social care assessments,
• Care plans, reviews and all other statutory work under the Care Act.
• You will undertake safeguarding investigations COPDOL work 21a Challenges Mental Capacity Assessments Best Interest decisions In return you will be provided with monthly supervision,
• Informal supervision/support, monthly team meetings and practice groups.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
