Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and deliver accurate financial reporting. This is a key role that will involve leading a team of accounting professionals and collaborating closely with other departments to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle and prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance control, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and development.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and standards.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Experience in a tech-driven environment, preferably within the fintech sector, is preferred.
