About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounting Associate to support our regional finance operations across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for revenue accounting, monthly revenue tracking, intercompany accounting and reconciliations, invoicing for KSA customers, and supporting the US subsidiary's tax compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a dual-reporting environment.

Requirements

• Perform monthly revenue tracking and prepare revenue reports for management.
• Execute revenue accounting activities in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards, supporting overall revenue assurance for the business.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions across group entities.
• Prepare and maintain intercompany account reconciliations and resolve reconciliation differences on a timely basis.
• Generate and issue accurate invoices for customers in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Support the preparation and coordination of US tax filings for the company's US subsidiary by working with internal stakeholders and external tax advisors.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with finance teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support audits and respond to internal and external information requests as required.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CA Inter, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or multi-entity organization.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting principles and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Exposure to US tax compliance or multinational tax reporting is an advantage.
