THE ROLE
Everpure is seeking a dedicated Account Support Specialist to support one of our largest and most complex MSP partnerships, representing over $10M in annual business across 130+ arrays and ~50 petabytes of data. Their Elite MSP status, reseller motion, high renewal volume, and multi-layered approval processes require focused, full-time support to protect and grow this partnership.
This role is central to keeping renewals, quotes, and cross-functional coordination running smoothly — while ensuring the consistency and responsiveness this customer values.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own renewal pipeline health — Track 50+ upcoming renewals (74 total through 2031), proactively flag expirations, and ensure quotes are built, approved, and delivered on time and at correct rate-card pricing.
- Drive new business quoting — Support the Account Executive in initiating and pushing quotes through the approval chain, and ensure opportunities are accurately logged and staged in SFDC.
- Manage the VAR relationship — Serve as the primary internal contact for quote delivery, order processing, and PO intake with this MSP's reseller partner.
- Monitor MSP program compliance — Track the partner's tier status and rebate eligibility, ensuring pricing stays within program thresholds.
- Coordinate across teams — Act as the internal liaison across Deals Desk, Customer Success, Services, and Channel Ops to resolve escalations and keep the account team aligned.
- Maintain forecasting and reporting — Keep opportunity data accurate and produce regular pipeline, renewal, and QBR-ready reporting.
- Be the account's institutional memory — Maintain up-to-date documentation of customer's buying motion, key contacts, and account history so knowledge isn't lost to turnover.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Chicago office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing high-volume, detail-heavy pipelines.
- Experience with SFDC (or similar CRM) and quote/approval workflows.
- Ability to coordinate across sales, deal desk, customer success, and partner teams.
- Judgment to know when to escalate sensitive contractual or technical topics.
- A relationship-first mindset — this account values consistency and responsiveness above all.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
