We're looking for passionate retail leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating memorable customer experiences, and enjoy developing high-performing teams. Whether you're leading from the shop floor, supporting day-to-day operations, or driving results, you'll play an important role in bringing the Princess Polly brand to life.

What You’ll Do:
Lead from the front creating a high-energy, on-brand customer experience that feels uniquely Princess Polly
Drive results supporting key KPIs including conversion, ATV and UPT
Own the floor step up to lead shifts, run the day, and keep the momentum high
Coach in the moment elevate the team through real-time feedback, motivation and support
Keep the store moving support stock flow, replenishment and a seamless shop floor
Execute strong VM ensure the store is always styled, inspiring and trend-led
Support operations opening/closing, cash handling and day-to-day store processes
Who You Are:
An experienced retail team member, ideally in a supervisor or keyholder role
Customer obsessed, with a natural ability to connect and create memorable in-store moments
A strong seller who leads by example and drives results on the floor
A confident communicator with emerging leadership skills
Passionate about fashion and bringing trends to life for our customers
Energetic, hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment
A supportive teammate who lifts others and contributes to a positive culture
