We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality, photorealistic visualizations that bring architectural, interior, product, or conceptual designs to life. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in 3D Visualization who are passionate about transforming ideas into compelling visual experiences that support design communication, client presentations, and project development.

As a 3D Visualizer, you will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, product designers, and creative teams to develop realistic 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and visual assets. You will play a key role in interpreting design concepts, enhancing visual storytelling, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of creativity, accuracy, and quality. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects while leveraging modern visualization tools and rendering technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and realistic imagery based on design concepts and project requirements.
• Develop detailed 3D models for architectural, interior, product, or commercial visualization projects.
• Produce photorealistic still renders, walkthroughs, animations, and presentation visuals for client reviews and marketing purposes.
• Interpret technical drawings, sketches, CAD files, and design briefs to accurately represent project intent.
• Apply realistic lighting, textures, materials, and environmental settings to enhance visual quality and realism.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to refine concepts and incorporate design revisions efficiently.
• Optimize 3D assets and rendering workflows to improve quality, performance, and project turnaround times.
• Maintain consistency with project specifications, brand guidelines, and visual presentation standards.
• Stay updated with emerging visualization techniques, rendering technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve creative output.
• Organize project files, libraries, and digital assets while ensuring timely delivery of visualization milestones.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D Visualization, architectural visualization, interior visualization, or related creative fields.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard 3D visualization tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar software.
• Experience using rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine.
• Solid understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, composition, camera angles, and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical documentation, and design concepts with precision.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail with a passion for producing visually compelling work.
• Experience creating walkthrough animations, presentation visuals, and marketing-ready renderings is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple visualization projects and meet deadlines.
