WE LEAD
Did you know that in the global tech industry, women hold less than 30% of tech roles and under 15% of leadership positions with a significant negative impact on innovation and society? WE LEAD is changing that. We’re an independent nonprofit organization founded by Libra Philanthropies in 2023 to create a pathway for women – cis and trans - to reach leadership positions, starting with the technology sector. Our vision is a tech industry where women have equal opportunities to enter, grow, and lead and a world where women are empowered to shape the future of everything. We offer business and tech skills development, mentorship, networking opportunities and access to companies hiring talented professionals. Our ultimate goal is for WE LEAD alumni to become the future tech leaders, and innovators.
