In 2018, the volume of loans originated through smava was over $2 billion, with a total of more than $5 billion since inception.
As one of the largest fintech businesses in Germany, smava employs around 600 staff with over 40 nationalities under the direction of an experienced management team with strong backgrounds in finance and technology.
