As a Workday Finance - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial processes, implement Workday finance solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will focus on optimizing financial processes and improving financial reporting to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday finance solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday finance applications
- Optimizing financial processes to improve reporting and achieve strategic objectives
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and inspire team members
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing a deeper understanding of business context and adapting to changes
- Interpreting data to generate recommendations and enhance financial decision-making

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in Financial Management, including Workday Financials, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Expenses, or related finance platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Financial Management software
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance financial reporting processes
- Implementing finance transformation initiatives for improved efficiency
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends for strategic insights
- Presenting financial reports with clarity and precision
