As a Workday Extend – Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage directly with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Workday technology to address complex business challenges and drive application evolution services. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards to deliver quality work.

Responsibilities

- Managing Workday Extend projects to support client business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Workday HCM and Workday Integration to streamline client processes and optimize workflows
- Developing strategic technology plans to enhance Workday Prism Analytics and reporting capabilities
- Collaborating with teams to design automation solutions using Workday Studio
- Analyzing complex data sets to inform process improvement and optimization strategies
- Embracing change and fostering innovation within client support engagements
- Guiding junior team members in Workday projects and mentoring them in analytical thinking
- Building meaningful client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Extend and Workday Studio
- Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics for data-driven insights
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
