As a Web Application Engineer Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions within our Software and Product Innovation practice. You will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing API Management and Microservices to integrate enterprise applications effectively
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional software designs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address software development challenges
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to debug and troubleshoot issues
- Leveraging knowledge of JavaScript, C#.NET, and React Native for application development
- Engaging in client management to build and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility to adapt to evolving project needs
- Upholding professional and technical standards in software engineering practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
