Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. Each day, you will establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. 

• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity. 

• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, or delays in shipments. 

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and productivity. 

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Logistics, industrial engineering or related.

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.

• Skilled in SAP

• Good knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 16001, 45001).

• Extensive experience in daily warehouse operations and inventory control.

• Proven experience leading warehouse optimization and improvement projects.

• Good understanding of material handling devices used in warehouse operations.

• Strong knowledge of Quality tools such as AMEF, 8Ds, 5W´s etc.

• Advanced English level.
