About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Trust & Estates Associate to join our client's esteemed practice. This role is ideal for an attorney passionate about assisting individuals and families in navigating the complexities of estate planning. Responsibilities:

• Draft wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents
• Assist clients with planning strategies tailored to their goals and circumstances
• Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated T&E matters
• Develop increasing responsibility for client relationships and matters

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience preferred (1-2 years can be considered if drafting ability and overall fit are particularly strong)
• Demonstrated estate-planning drafting experience (wills, trusts, related documents)
• Strong research, writing, communication, and client-service skills
• Potential salary flexibility for the right candidate and additional experience.
