Program Overview:
- Experience three job rotations within 12 months, gaining in-depth exposure to the working environment of ABB Electrification
- Discover your interests and explore different functions/roles through challenging and impactful assignments, becoming fully integrated into the team
- Accelerate your growth with comprehensive support from Learning & Development, technical training, mentorship, and the ABB Discovery team
- Actively participate in various social and team activities, leveraging this opportunity to build a broad global network within ABB
- Develop your strengths through regular performance feedback and clearly defined performance targets
Job Description:
- Your role is related to product market analysis and business development
- In accordance with company strategy, conduct market analysis and business development activities for designated markets covering relevant products/systems/services, assist the sales team in accurately identifying customer needs and proactively exploring business opportunities, with a particular focus on digitalization solution opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Less than 3 years of work experience; degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or other engineering disciplines
- Excellent English communication skills; fluency or proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Analytical and goal-oriented mindset and approach
- Determined personality with a strong focus on solutions
- Highly curious, communicative, and collaborative team player
- Strong sense of initiative and self-awareness
- Highly adaptable and flexible across different styles, situations and cultures
- Innovative and creative thinking
