ABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations. The Division’s extensive service portfolio offers product care, modernization, and advisory services to improve performance, extend equipment lifetime and deliver new levels of operational and sustainable efficiency. We help customers keep resources in use for as long as possible, extracting the maximum value from them, and then recovering and regenerating products and materials at the end of their useful life.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.
- Align HR and workforce strategies with business objectives, including workforce planning and labor cost budgeting.
- Lead performance management activities by supporting managers, facilitating people reviews, coaching on employee development, and ensuring execution of development plans.
- Drive talent management and organizational capability building through recruitment, onboarding, training, competency development, succession planning, and talent development programs.
- Advise managers on employee relations, compensation, benefits, organizational changes, relocations, and workforce transitions while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Support employees and leaders by providing HR guidance, leadership coaching, international assignment support, and change management during reorganizations, mergers, joint ventures, and other transformation initiatives.

Qualifications for the Role
- Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- International exposure through studying or working abroad, or experience working within a Western/global organization, with the ability to navigate cultural differences effectively.
- Strong business acumen, open-minded approach, and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
