As a Technology Engineer, you will take ownership of application automation and integration initiatives from requirement gathering through implementation and ongoing support. You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for automation, and design solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance operational productivity.

You will also work on integrating business applications, platforms, databases, and external systems to enable seamless data flow and efficient business processes. Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills will be essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain application and process automation solutions.
• Identify repetitive and manual processes and recommend opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of production incidents.
• Support application enhancements, upgrades, deployments, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with business, IT, operations, and technology teams to understand process challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Develop automation workflows that improve productivity, accuracy, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation, process documentation, integration specifications, and support procedures.
• Participate in testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation support for automation and integration projects.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions follow appropriate security, reliability, scalability, and technology standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external technology partners for application and integration requirements.
• Support root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring application and automation issues.
• Contribute to technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in application engineering, automation, system integration, application support, or a related technology role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Applications & Automation, Process Automation, and System Integration.
• Proven ability to automate business processes and reduce manual operational effort.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, application interfaces, and system integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, workflows, data exchange, and integration principles.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple technology initiatives.
• Good understanding of software development, testing, deployment, and application maintenance practices.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
