As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email while developing valuable customer service and communication skills in an international environment.

What you'll do

• Provide customer support in Spanish and English via phone, chat, and email.
• Help customers with product features, mobile applications, and basic technical issues.
• Troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity and smart device-related questions.
• Escalate more complex technical issues when necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• University student status.
• Fluent Spanish (C1) and confident English (B2) communication skills.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented attitude.
• Interest in technology and problem-solving.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in Debrecen.
• Valid Hungarian work permit if applicable.
