Responsibilities:

• Responsible for complete Purchase to Pay cycle
• Deploying Sourcing strategies, Vendor selection, Price finalizations and YoY ( Year-over-Year) Cost reductions
• Developing Inventory strategies, ensuring material availability and reducing lead time for procurement
• Capital equipment and Indirect materials procurement, Contract finalizations for services.
• Cross functional collaboration with PPC (Production Planning Control), Quality, Stores and Production to fulfill demands
• Process Owner for P2P (Process to Pay) process for ISO 9001 (International Organization for Standardization) , IATF 16949 (International Automotive Task Force) , ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical or Production or Instrumentation, Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management
• 20+ years of experience in Purchase or Sourcing or Supply Chain Management function with min 5 years of proven track records of Heading the Department
• Should have handled ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and IATF audit (International Automotive Task Force)
• Zero based costing and should Cost, Standard Cost calculations
• SAP knowledge of MM (Materials Management) module
• Broader Experience of all aspects of SCM (Supply Chain Management) like handling Imports and Custom Clearance, Standard Products, Customize Products. Vendor Development, Services, Contract Management and Warehousing
