THE ROLE: 

Join the Genius team helping sportsbooks level up with live data, expert services, and fan-first experiences that drive global engagement.

You'll work with Sportsbook customers and internal teams to deliver our Sportsbook products smoothly. You'll be closely involved in integration projects, working alongside customers, product owners, developers, and onboarding officers to make sure each client gets what they need, on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Monitor implementation requests from different channels, test solutions, and share clear information so clients get what they need on time
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams, and manage expectations along the way
• Help customise client installation guides and other Sportsbook product materials
• Work closely with internal teams, including Sportsbook support, commercial, and delivery, to get projects done
• Use APIs to retrieve Sportsbook data, such as fixtures, schedules, and video access
• Investigate and escalate issues raised by clients or internal teams during integration
• Keep project status reports and client documentation accurate and up to date

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Knowledge of how APIs work, and confidence using API documentation to get and send information
• Experience implementing new customer products, including training users
• Comfortable using tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of T-SQL and API execution platforms
• Good understanding of the Sportsbook market and video streaming
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• At least two sports well, including their rules and how they work for Sportsbook customers
• What it's like working directly with sportsbook or gaming clients

The monthly salary for this full-time role ranges from €2450 to €3010 gross. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
