Role and Key Responsibilities:

· Handle emails and visitors efficiently. Day to Day Task function checks.

· Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office.

· Act as a liaison between departments and Internal & external stakeholders.

· Ensure the office is organized, all amenities are functioning, and equipment is in working order.

· Maintain communication between employees and coordinate with suppliers. Mail approval/ BOQ etc.

· Ensure the functions of various teams are coordinated to ensure collective productivity.

· Provide support in various tasks around the office and handle grievances and requests.

· Prepare budget/ Knowledge of EHS.

· Maintain necessary records and documents the organization needs.

· Asset & details records keeping with upkeep of premises.

· Rounds for all locations.

· Any Miscellaneous work to the RE need department with project work

Key Skills and knowledge:

· Degree with 4-7 years of experience in BPO or similar organization.

· Managing client’s arrangement food, snacks etc. coordination with vendors, billings process, Mail coordination with vendors/LL., Audit experience

· Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a team and manage site and electrical infrastructure

· Understanding of safety standards and regulations

Graduate
