  • This role is based at our Hyderabad Tech Center and follows a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance of the Hyderabad office.

Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, software solutions across the UI, API, data, and cloud layers that meet business and user needs. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers and delivery leads, to translate functional and non-functional needs into   high-quality solutions, working both independently as well as a part of a global team. 

What will you do in this role:

  • Develop and maintain complex full-stack applications and software configurations in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.

  • Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern web technologies (e.g., React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices, using technologies such as Python or equivalent).

  • Design test cases and test scripts independently, mapping back to pre‑determined criteria, recording and reporting test outcomes.

  • Ensure quality through automated and manual testing, code reviews, and participation in design and requirements discussions.

  • Build, deploy, and operate applications on cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), following cloud-native best practices.

  • Use DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring/observability) for versioning, deployment, and release automation.

  • Apply secure development practices, including API security, authentication/authorization, and data protection.

  • Gather requirements and design lifecycle practices and automation for secure, well-engineered systems and micro-services.

  • Contribute to Product planning, execution, and delivery within a matrix organization.

What should you have:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

  • 3-7 years of hands-on experience working in full-stack development.

Preferred Skills:

Primary Skills (Must have):

  • Web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST APIs.

  • Databases: SQL and relational database design (plus practical query optimisation).

  • Programming: proficiency in at least one major stack (Python or .NET).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS and/or Azure) and cloud-native concepts (e.g., microservices, containerization, managed services).

  • Experience with DevOps practices (Git, infrastructure as code, observability, CI/CD) and modern product development practices (Agile, Scrum, test driven development, UX, design thinking).

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a product and customer-centric mindset.

  • Front end technologies like React JS / Angular.

Secondary Skills (Nice to have):

  • Experience with advanced frontend concepts (state management, performance optimization, accessibility).

  • Exposure to data processing, analytics, or search technologies (e.g., Power BI, Elasticsearch, data pipelines).

  • Experience with DevOps and observability tools (e.g., Docker, infrastructure as code, logging/monitoring solutions).

  • Cloud-native, ideally AWS certified.
