1. Customer Engagement: Work with sales teams to gather customer requirements, assess business challenges, and design optimal system solutions.
2. Technical Presentations: Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value and functionality of the solutions.
3. Solution Design: Design and present custom system architectures, ensuring they are technically feasible and align with customer needs.
4. Proposal Support: Assist in creating technical proposals, including documentation, system architecture diagrams, and detailed specifications.
5. Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead PoC initiatives to demonstrate how the proposed solutions will address customer pain points.
6. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, such as product management, engineering, and support, to ensure a cohesive solution.
7. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide customers with the latest solutions and best practices.
