• Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and other platform-specific content aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and optimization of social media campaigns.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
• Track campaign performance using social media analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to drive innovation.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, user-generated content initiatives, and brand partnerships where applicable.
• Support paid social campaigns by assisting with content creation and campaign optimization.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels while maintaining a strong and engaging digital presence.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Experience using social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or collaboration with creative teams for content production.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize content strategies.
• Creative thinker with a passion for building engaging digital communities and enhancing brand presence.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, paid social campaigns, or short-form video content is an added advantage.
