As a Hand Embroidery Designer, you will work closely with design, production, and sampling teams to create innovative embroidery patterns that align with seasonal collections, client requirements, and brand aesthetics. You will be responsible for developing original design concepts, selecting appropriate materials and techniques, supervising sample execution, and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship throughout the design process. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop original hand embroidery concepts for garments, couture pieces, and fashion collections.
• Create detailed embroidery layouts, artwork, motifs, and placement designs based on creative briefs.
• Research fashion trends, embroidery techniques, materials, colors, and embellishment styles to develop innovative collections.
• Select suitable fabrics, threads, beads, sequins, crystals, and other embellishment materials for each design.
• Collaborate with fashion designers, sampling teams, artisans, and production units to ensure accurate execution of embroidery designs.
• Prepare embroidery specifications, artwork references, and technical documentation for production.
• Review embroidery samples and provide design refinements to achieve the desired quality and finish.
• Ensure consistency, precision, and craftsmanship across all embroidery developments.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve design and execution challenges while maintaining project timelines.
• Contribute to continuous innovation by exploring new embroidery techniques, textures, and handcrafted design elements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in Hand Embroidery Design, Fashion Embellishment, Textile Design, or a related creative field.
• Strong expertise in traditional and contemporary hand embroidery techniques, surface ornamentation, and embellishment design.
• Excellent design visualization skills with the ability to create original embroidery concepts and artwork.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, threads, beads, sequins, and embroidery materials.
• Experience working closely with embroidery artisans, sampling teams, and garment production processes.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for craftsmanship, color coordination, texture, and finishing quality.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into commercially viable embroidery designs.
