What You’ll Do:

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team in South Vietnam. In this role, you will contribute to customer development and project management within the industrial cleaning equipment sector, provide suitable cleaning solutions for customers, and support installation, maintenance, and after-sales service activities.

Responsibilities:

Customer Development & Market Expansion

• Develop new customers and support existing customer operations.

• Manage assigned territories across Southern Vietnam, including factories, industrial zones, buildings, hospitals, international schools, hotels, and cleaning service companies.

• Conduct market surveys and assess competitor operations to identify market opportunities.

• Propose business solutions for different market sectors.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business and maintenance plans.

• Manage fleet records, spare parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.

Technical Solution Consulting

• Conduct site surveys and propose suitable cleaning solutions.

• Perform equipment demonstrations at customer sites when required.

• Provide technical consultation related to cleaning equipment and solutions.

Quotation & Project Coordination

• Support the preparation of quotations and value propositions.

• Calculate and compare operational and consumption costs.

• Provide product information and related documentation.

• Follow up on delivery schedules, installation activities, and project acceptance.

Installation, Maintenance & After-Sales Support

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of cleaning equipment, industrial warewashing machines, and related equipment.

• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.

• Provide after-sales customer service and technical support.

• Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

• Maintain records of completed and planned maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• College degree or University degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.

• Experience in industrial equipment sales and maintenance

• Experience in cleaning machines, chemicals, industrial warewashing equipment, or laundry equipment within the Horeca sector is preferred

• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English and Vietnamese

• Strong customer service and consulting skills

• English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Willing to travel frequently for business trips

• Willing to work on weekends when required

• Based in Ho Chi Minh City and able to cover Southern Vietnam territories
