Check and record all stock levels 
▪ Complete a daily usage report 
▪ Compile Action Log for each report 
▪ Submit the daily pasteurizer report to Account Manager/Technician 
before shift end 
▪ Complete a daily service report for Boilers, Cooling Systems , 
Pasteurizers and Chlorine dioxide
▪ Check and record stock levels at Bulk Concentrate CIP Stations 
▪ Check all equipment (ensure spares are kept on site) 
▪ Attend morning meetings 
▪ Check for slime and beer foam in the pasteurizer. 
▪ Ensure that there is enough bromine in the brominator. 
▪ Check and record stock levels at Chemical Stations 
▪ Collect samples from Boilers, Cooling systems, Pasteurizers and Chlorine 
dioxide systems for testing purposes. 
▪ Check for leaks in equipment, pumps, tanks, around chemical stations 
▪ Clean brominators and PWR sumps during line maintenance days. ▪
Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks, if necessary ▪ Check if 
they are enough testing reagents onsite. 
▪ Ensure good housekeeping 
around the Bulk Storage areas & Chemical Stations 
▪ Oversee receiving of stock Submit the daily utilities report to Account 
Manager/Technician before shift ends
