We are looking for a Service Specialist for the Shared Services Team.  

 

 

In this role you will be: 

  • Responsible for in-house coordination of customer onboarding processes together with our excellent team. In addition you will be dealing with customer change requests, and other inquiries affecting the customer subscriptions and services. 

  • Document control, archive responsibility, Master Data and CRM updates and administrative support of all business processes related to Nord Pool’s customers. 

  • Present and advise on products and services to existing and prospective customers in close collaboration with our sales team or other stakeholders. 

  • Drive or contribute to ad hoc priorities or projects  within the Operations team as required. 

  • Delivering of excellent customer service during day to day operations through a ticket system, phone or email 

  • Support with the billing process. 

 

Role Requirements 

  • Higher education completed, or equivalent relevant experience. We also encourage recent graduates to apply. 

  • Experience with IT systems for Service management, CRM and document control. 

  • Experience from developing, streamlining and mapping customer journeys and business processes, and translating these into efficient back office business processes or customer experiences. 

  • Excellent Customer Service skills. 

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in both Norwegian and English 

  • Interest and experience in use of AI tools. 

  • Knowledge and understanding of the power market is an advantage but not a requirement as long as there is an interest to learn.
