- Independent process and support of national projects and customer orders
- Generate service-required documents, such as quotations, service orders, confirmations, and daily reports
- Provide Service supports, including parts ordering, invoice and payment tracking, service job dispatching, and RMA parts returns
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and relevant problems
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, text messages, and phone calls.
- fulfill necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting service team with necessary documents
- Take proactive action to resolve outstanding issues

Education
- Bachelor or Master degrees

Experience
- With sales administration/operation/ order fulfilment process experience

- Good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge/skills: Customer Service, Data Management & Reporting
