我們正在尋找具備人才策略思維與執行力的招募人才！
你將與各部門主管密切合作，深入了解團隊的人才需求，從人才搜尋、面試到錄用，負責完整的招募流程，協助團隊找到適合的人才。
同時你也將參與招募管道、雇主品牌與招募流程的優化，透過數據與市場觀察持續提升招募效率與人才品質，成為推動 Lalamove 成長的重要夥伴。

【工作內容】

  • 與各部門主管合作，了解並掌握團隊人才需求，負責完整招募流程，包含人才搜尋、履歷篩選、面試、薪資溝通及錄用等。
  • 經營多元招募管道，透過 104、LinkedIn、社群及其他招募平台，持續建立人才庫並提升人才觸及。
  • 觀察招募市場與人才趨勢，分析招募數據與成效，持續優化招募策略、工具及流程，提升招募效率與品質。
  • 與團隊合作推動雇主品牌及招募行銷相關專案，提升 Lalamove 在人才市場的曝光與吸引力。
  • 參與人力規劃及其他 People Operations 專案，協助優化人資制度與組織流程。

  • 人才敏銳度：具備良好的人才判斷能力，能從履歷與面談中掌握候選人的能力、動機與適配度。
  • 數據與問題解決能力：能透過招募數據與市場資訊發現問題，並提出具體的優化方案。
  • 適應力與彈性：面對快速變化的人才需求與工作環境，能保持穩定並快速調整招募策略。
