  • Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting on supply chain and logistics KPIs
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., cost per unit, throughput)
  • Build models to support operational and financial decision-making
  • Analyze monthly freight and logistics spend, carrier performance, and key cost drivers
  • Own monthly freight and brokerage accruals and invoice reconciliation
  • Partner with Finance and operational teams to keep actuals, forecasts, and budgets aligned
  • Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to finance and operations teams
  • Support carrier and supplier RFQ processes through data preparation, modelling, analysis, and recommendations
  • Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities across carriers and brokerage
  • Provide benchmarking and market insights to support procurement decisions
  • Support Freight and Distribution projects with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives impacting logistics and supply chain
  • Develop business cases and scenario models for proposed changes
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Operations on cost reduction strategies
  • Lead or support assigned ad-hoc projects as per business needs

Trade & Compliance

  • Track and analyze tariffs, duties, brokerage, and other import-related costs, identifying trends, risks, and financial impacts.
  • Monitor changes in trade policies, agreements, and tariff exposure and help assess their potential financial impact on the business.
  • Partner with the Trade & Customs Compliance team on areas such as post-entry corrections, product valuation, and duty drawback opportunities.
  • Develop financial analysis and scenario modelling to identify opportunities to reduce tariff exposure, optimize costs, and support cash flow.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to support informed decision-making related to trade and import costs.

You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, financial drivers, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modelling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, financial models, and analysis of large datasets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify drivers, and develop practical recommendations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally and building effective working relationships with various stakeholders
  • A proactive approach, strong initiative, and comfort working through evolving business needs
  • Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Excitement and commitment to learn, understand, and relate to Lush’s core brand values
  • Ability to work on-site 4-5 days per week, based on business needs

Preferred:

  • CPA designation or equivalent accounting qualification
  • Experience working with financial planning, ERP, BI, or other data and reporting systems
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-channel, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, or vertically integrated organizations
