Your Role:

• Design and develop electronic devices for advanced automotive applications with focus on cost optimization, high reliability, and manufacturability.

• Create and maintain engineering documentation including schematics, PCB designs, electrical specifications, and technical reports.

• Perform circuit calculations, simulations, prototype validation, testing, and result analysis.

• Ensure on-time execution of development activities in compliance with Aptiv quality standards and engineering processes.

• Collaborate closely with local and global cross-functional engineering teams.

• Actively participate in design reviews and technical discussions, providing expert-level input and recommendations.

• Drive compliance with the Electrical Design Process and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to engineers, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in selected areas of electrical engineering.

• Support project and team leadership activities when required.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in designing and testing analog and digital electronic circuits, including microcontroller-based systems.

• Strong knowledge of signal measurement techniques and medium-power analog circuit design.

• Hands-on experience with EMI/EMC-compliant electronic design.

• Practical experience with CAD tools, PCB design, and circuit simulation software.

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively within international engineering teams.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Nice to have:

• Master’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience leading technical activities, projects, or engineering teams.

• Knowledge of automotive development standards and processes.

• Experience working in a global automotive environment.
