About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior CRM Technical Developer to join our CRM & Loyalty team, focusing on the development and maintenance of CRM platforms built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for an enterprise client in the beverage/FMCG sector. The role combines technical development with direct client support in a continuous delivery environment with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of CRM platforms using HTML and CSS, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Building and implementing technical CRM campaigns (email, automation), ensuring adherence to the campaign schedule
- Direct technical client support, including incident resolution and ad-hoc optimizations
- Development and optimization of content in D365 (content blocks, templates)
- Collaboration with content and marketing automation teams
- Identification of technical improvement opportunities that support the expansion of the client service scope
Requirements:
- Solid experience in HTML and CSS applied to CRM/email marketing platforms
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (mandatory)
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients, within an agency or client-side environment
- Autonomy and strong priority-management skills under tight deadlines
- Fluent level of English (international environment)
