As a Senior Associate in Accelerated Solutions (M&A IT), you will engage with Private Equity Operating teams globally to maximize deal value and expedite execution. Within our Deals practice, you will translate business objectives into practical technology strategies, focusing on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity across the M&A lifecycle. This role involves assessing and aligning enterprise IT capabilities, coordinating global teams, and resolving critical risks to drive Day 1 readiness.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide others through complex challenges. You will leverage your skills to analyze intricate problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. Navigating ambiguity, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, anticipating the needs of your teams and clients.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will facilitate the development and presentation of client deliverables, evaluate technology environments for optimization, and communicate complex concepts with clarity to executives and stakeholders. Responsibilities

- Translating business objectives in private equity and M&A contexts into actionable technology strategies and execution plans
- Owning and delivering IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity workstreams throughout the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, integrations, and carve-outs
- Assessing, designing, and aligning enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, workplace, service management, and cybersecurity capabilities across hybrid environments
- Driving Day 1 readiness by coordinating global team structures across time zones
- Coordinating between inter-workstreams to resolve critical risks and dependencies
- Applying technical program management across project plans, milestones, RAID logs, governance, and cutover activities
- Facilitating the development, review, and presentation of client deliverables, including execution strategies, design documents, workplans, and technical change-management materials
- Evaluating current-state technology environments for optimization or value creation
- Navigating fast-paced, high-pressure deal settings with structured thinking
- Developing executive-ready analyses and recommendations that translate technical findings into business implications
- Communicating complex technical concepts with clarity and precision to executives and non-technical stakeholders

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
