As a SAP Informatica Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. By embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, contributing to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP configurations and integrations
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP-related projects
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for custom development and enhancements
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Promoting process improvement and optimization within SAP environments
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to enhance service delivery
- Mentoring and coaching team members to develop their skills and performance
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Validating data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business transformation opportunities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic technology planning
- Embracing change and innovation in business transformation projects
