As a SAP ABAP-Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative SAP technology solutions within our Advisory practice. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translating these into effective SAP solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions to support business transformation initiatives
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA to enhance user experience and system performance
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with business objectives
- Conducting process improvement and optimization to streamline SAP operations
- Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud for data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
- Designing automation processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Providing client support and guidance on SAP NetWeaver and related technologies
- Embracing change and fostering an inclusive environment to promote teamwork and innovation
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and deliver effective solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)Understand and apply ABAP Cloud development principles for cloud-compliant extensions
- Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud for enhanced user experiences
