We’re looking for a Director of Sales to drive revenue growth by building relationships with brands, agencies, and strategic partners while leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Your Skillset
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Lead discovery calls and uncover client business needs.
Develop proposals and commercial recommendations tailored to client objectives.
Present Influur’s capabilities and value proposition to brands and agencies.
Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with senior marketing decision-makers.
Partner closely with Campaigns, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through HubSpot.
Represent Influur at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends back to the organization.

Background
7+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or revenue-generating roles.
Experience within influencer marketing, creator economy, media, advertising, marketing services, or related industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Strong network across brands, agencies, media companies, or marketing organizations.
Deep understanding of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.
